Giloo is a Taiwanese streaming platform that offers the latest and most important documentaries and independent films. The name "Giloo" comes from the Taiwanese Hokkien pronunciation of "紀錄(jì lù)," which means "record." Giloo faces a design challenge: documentaries often contain rich background information, and simply playing the videos might not be enough for viewers to quickly understand the context of the issues.
From a product designer's perspective, we need to explore innovative design solutions to address this challenge. These solutions may include enhanced video guides, interactive infographics, supplementary background materials, and in-depth topic discussions. Our goal is to design the user interface and interactive experience in a way that enables viewers to quickly and comprehensively understand the key issues explored in the films within a limited timeframe, thereby enhancing their viewing experience and knowledge absorption rate.
This is my second time planning a game design project, the first time was mahjong, and this time the challenge of Texas Hold'em mobile game is in the innovative 3D UI and interactive design.
First, we need to research and design ergonomics suitable for single-handed or two-handed operation of mobile phones. Secondly, the game screen needs to be kept simple and intuitive, ensuring that players can read it easily, avoiding complex interfaces similar to other products on the market. After 2-3 rounds of adjustments and testing, we launched the public beta.

Global fintech is a cross-border remittance platform, with a business model similar to the well-known UK platform Wise.

Global fintech uses Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technology to directly match the funds of the remitter and the payee, eliminating intermediate nodes, simplifying the remittance process, and reducing handling fees.
In this product, I serve as a UX designer, mainly responsible for process design and user interface design.
Kokomo is a product designed to help psychologists better serve their clients by providing them with a consolidated set of tools. By making psychologists the core of the service, we aim to change the way clients find and connect with mental health professionals.
Through conversations with psychologists, we learned that they often work alone and invest significant time and energy in various tasks, using multiple tools. Our goal is to streamline their workflow by integrating all the necessary tools in one place, allowing them to focus on delivering quality care to their clients.
Kerberos claims to turn the most dangerous place into the safest place. It is a communication application dedicated to "protecting users' deepest privacy." In addition to using common end-to-end encryption (E2EE) technology to encrypt chat information throughout the exchange process, it provides more features based on actual needs. Kerberos ensures that as long as users are unwilling, they always have the last chance to prevent others from invading their privacy.
In the post-pandemic era, significant changes have occurred in social life. We have launched a community application with a city map as its core, creating a real-time chat map platform. This application allows users to explore the city from a fresh perspective and share every aspect of city life with friends and other citizens anytime, anywhere.
Our goal is to promote community interaction through this platform, enabling users to discover and participate in various local events and activities in real time. We hope to use this innovative approach to reconnect people and provide a space for everyone to explore, share, and discuss the latest happenings in the city.
